Wudang Taoist Zhang-Sanfeng created Wudang Original Taiji
Boxing, formerly named Zhang-Sanfeng Original Taiji Boxing that is famous for
its ancient boxing position and easy to learn, natural movements and flexible to
change. When exercising this boxing, we should going down and standing steadily
on the two feet, so we can easy to get a steady position and move downward the
inner Qigong inside; therefore there is much value in keeping healthy and
attacking.
